Carrot 2 pieces
2. Beans 7
3. Big Onion 3
4. Salt 1 table spoon
5. Sambar podi 1 table spoon
6. Green Chille 4 pieces
7. Atta Rava 1 Cup
8. Water 3 Cup ie in 1 cup rava: 3 water proportion (this is most important)
9. Kadugu and kadala paruppu 1 T spoon
10.Chilli powder 1/2 T spoon
11.Karuveppila n kothumalli

Steps:
1. Cut carrot, onion, beans, tomato, green chilli
2. Ignite the Pan, pour oil, after few seconds add kadugu, kadala paruppu and
karuveppillai stir them
3. Now add onion and stir it for 10 secs
4. Add carror and beans stir them for 30 secs
5. Now add tomato to it and stir it for 15 secs
6. Add 3 cups water to it and allow it to boil
7. Now add salt, chilli powder, sambar podi
8. It take 3 to 5 mins to boil well...then add rava very slowly and keep stirring it
steadily (this should remind ur chemisty lab where u slowly open the burette and
keep the beaker stirring)
9. Keep the stove in sim for few mins till rava boils
10.Yep ur rava upma is ready now...u can place few kothumalli leaves over it

Jus 10 easy steps...U can prepare it in less than 30 mins...experts unlike me can do it in even 15 mins!

U can have curd or pickle or chutney as sidedish!

Interestingly u can follow the same steps from 1 to 7 and instead for Rava, u can prepare Noodles, Aval upma, kitchedy ie semiya!

* For Noodles if it is maggi then add 220 ml for water for one cake

* For Aval, u can wash n keep it in water for 2 mins dry the water thats it. For
sweet Aval, u can add coconut and sugar
after u dry the water. This is the FASTEST SWEET u can cook. It takes juz 2 mins
for prep.

* Semiya is same like noodles add relevent amout of water n allow to boil.

Happy Cooking :) Sorry for Eating :(

Have a nice day!

Poondu Kozhambu

Ingredients:
1. coconut 1/4 moodi
2.
